MedStar Health is excited to announce a new opportunity for a Board Certified/Board Eligible Primary Care Physician to join our expanding primary care team at our Eckington location in Washington, DC. This is an excellent opportunity to establish a thriving practice within one of the region's leading healthcare systems while making a meaningful impact on the health and well-being of a diverse patient population.
Position Highlights
- 100% outpatient primary care
- MondayFriday schedule
- Flexible scheduling options
- Established practice with four primary care providers
- Dedicated clinical and administrative support staff
- On-site laboratory
- Access to a broad network of specialists
- Eligible for visa sponsorship
- Qualifies for the federal Public Service Loan Forgiveness program
- Collaborative care with Behavioral Health support
Compensation and Incentives
- Competitive base salary of $230,000$245,000
- Sign-on bonus
- Annual quality incentive of up to $16,000, guaranteed in full during the first year
- Quarterly bonuses based on patient volumes

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree
- Completion of an accredited Internal Medicine or Family Medicine residency program
- 3+ years' experience in leadership
- Board eligible or board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
- Eligible for medical licensure in Maryland
- Certification: Basic Life Support (BLS) upon start
This position has a hiring range of USD $250,000.00 - USD $250,000.00 /Yr.
