Automation Senior Test Lead with TOSCA (Tricentis)

Job Summary
The Senior Test Lead (TOSCA (Tricentis)) at HCL will be responsible for leading and managing the testing activities using the TOSCA tool. The role involves ensuring high quality and timely delivery of testing requirements and collaborating with cross functional teams to achieve project objectives. (1.) Key Responsibilities
1. Lead testing efforts, including test planning, test case design, test execution, and defect management using tosca.

2. Work closely with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into test scenarios.

3. Mentor and provide guidance to the testing team on tosca tool functionalities and best practices.

4. Collaborate with development and business teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth testing processes.

5. Develop automation frameworks and scripts using tosca for efficient test execution.

6. Stay updated on tosca tool enhancements and best practices to continuously improve testing processes.

7. Prepare test reports, track testing progress, and communicate status to project stakeholders.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficiency in using tosca (tricentis) for test automation and management.

2. Strong knowledge of test planning, test design, and test execution processes.

3. Experience in leading testing teams and projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

4. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a cross functional environment.

5. Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities to identify and resolve testing issues efficiently.

TOSCA Certification would be a plus.
