ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in December 2025 and currently lead a growing team of two. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I worked as a State Farm team member and also gained experience in financial services with E*TRADE. My background in both insurance and financial services helped prepare me to build an agency focused on growth, customer service, and long-term success.

I graduated from Louisiana State University in 2019. Outside of work, I enjoy fishing, tennis, hunting, traveling, sports, and spending time outdoors whenever possible. I believe in maintaining an active lifestyle and bringing that same energy and enthusiasm into the workplace.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Neill Christian - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
• Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Previous customer service experience preferred.
