What You'll Do:

• Provide general medical care to acutely ill adult patients in a hospital setting
• Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions
• Examine patients upon admission and coordinate their care
• Communicate seamlessly with primary care providers and specialists
• Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab work
• Respond to patient questions regarding treatments and care plans
• Document using EPIC electronic health record system

What You Need:

• NY State Medical License or willing to obtain
• Certification in BLS, ACLS from AHA
• Minimum of 2 years recent hospitalist experience
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Board certification in hospital medicine or internal medicine preferred
