Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a compassionate and driven therapist who enjoys helping residents improve independence, confidence, and participation in everyday activities.

What You'll Do:

Complete occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
Provide therapy focused on daily living skills, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and safety awareness
Introduce adaptive strategies and equipment to support resident independence
Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care
Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation

Qualifications:

Active Occupational Therapist license required
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
Skilled nursing experience preferred but not required
