$42-$47/hour Ultimate Therapy is hiring an Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our skilled nursing rehabilitation team. We are looking for a compassionate and driven therapist who enjoys helping residents improve independence, confidence, and participation in everyday activities. What You'll Do:
- Complete occupational therapy evaluations and create individualized treatment plans
- Provide therapy focused on daily living skills, upper extremity function, cognition, coordination, and safety awareness
- Introduce adaptive strategies and equipment to support resident independence
- Collaborate with nursing, rehab staff, physicians, and families to coordinate care
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation
- Collaborative rehab environment with strong interdisciplinary teamwork
- Opportunity to work with both short-term rehab and long-term care residents
- Stable caseload with meaningful resident interaction
