Specific Skills Digital Marketing & Local SEO: Practical knowledge of SEO strategies and web refinement to maximize search visibility. Campaign & Content Creation: Ability to generate high-performing ad concepts and produce/edit engaging short-form video content (Reels/TikTok). Strategic Budgeting: A focus on high-ROI marketing, maximizing the impact of our budget to generate the biggest bang for our buck. Self-Reliance & Autonomy: An out-of-the-box thinker who is self-motivated and thrives in a high-trust environment without needing strict management or constant oversight. Industry Foundational Knowledge: A basic, foundational understanding of the construction, home building, or real estate industries.
