Experienced Estimator

Develop and manage detailed cost estimates for construction projects in the property sector. Public and private work including commercial, higher education, and government work. Analyze project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and budgets. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality or project timelines. Negotiate and communicate with subcontractors and suppliers to gather competitive pricing. Maintain a database of historical cost data to improve future estimating accuracy. Prepare and present detailed cost reports and recommendations to senior management. Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and labor costs to ensure competitive pricing strategies.
