Caregiver Needed – Marshallville, OH
Pay: $16–$22/hour 8:30AM-12:30 PM M-F
Status: Open
Skilled in safe transferring techniques Provide verbal cueing and encouragement Perform gait‑belt transfers safely and correctly Assist with ADLs as needed Support comfort, dignity, and independence Maintain a positive, patient, and professional presence Requirements
Experience with transfers (gait belt, pivot, safe‑assist) Ability to follow care plans and provide clear verbal cueing Reliable transportation Compassionate, dependable, and punctual If you’re an experienced caregiver who enjoys helping clients remain safe and independent at home, we’d love to speak with you. Responsibilities and Duties
- Medication reminders
- Assisting with mobility in and around the house (Hoyer lift, sit-to-stand lift, gait belt, slide board, pivot transfers, bed mobility)
- Personal care/hygiene
- Preparing meals
- Light housekeeping
- Companionship
- + other duties
Qualifications and Skills
- Caregiving experience (required)
- Valid driver's license (required)
- Reliable vehicle and active auto insurance (required)
- A passion to help others
- Superior interpersonal skills
- Effective communication skills
