Truck Driver

Location: Des Moines, IA 50309 | Home Time: Home weekly Pay: $1,400 to $1,800 per week | Freight: Dry van freight

Easier regional freight and consistent lane planning give drivers a steady workload with dependable miles and regular weekly home time.

Compensation

CDL-A truck drivers earn $1,400 to $1,800 per week depending on experience and productivity. Guaranteed pay begins after 30 days of employment.

• Quarterly raises tied to performance
• Paid orientation at $100 per day
• Guaranteed pay after 30 days

Drivers are eligible for quarterly raises based on safety performance and production metrics. Orientation pay is $100 per day.

Equipment & Freight

Drivers operate Kenworth T680 tractors (4 years old or newer) equipped with:

• Automatic transmission
• APU and inverter
• Voice navigation and in-cab 5th wheel release

Freight consists of dry van trailers hauling general commodities. Operating lanes run throughout the Midwest and Eastern United States.

Drivers typically average 2,500 to 3,000 miles per week while hauling customer freight through established lanes.

Home Time

This position offers home weekly scheduling. Route assignments and freight availability are planned to maintain consistent mileage opportunities while providing regular time at home.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must hold a valid CDL-A license and maintain an acceptable driving history.

• Drivers must be able to operate 53' dry van trailers
• Previous tractor-trailer experience is preferred
• Must meet current DOT medical certification standards
