Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Minimum Requirements Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active Illinois Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Pending state license accepted. BLS certification required from AHA or ARC. Minimum 1 year of clinical physical therapy experience. Experience in home health preferred. Experience with geriatric and adult populations and diagnoses such as orthopedic, cardiac, neurologic, pulmonary, and diabetes required. Case management skills, independent clinical decision-making, time management, organization, and ability to supervise PTA required. Locals accepted. Assignment Details Facility Type: Home Health. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Day shift, Monday–Friday, 5x8-hour schedule, typical hours 08:00–16:30. Caseload: Approximately 5–6 units per day. On-call: Not required. Floating: Not required; clinicians will not float to other facilities. Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend required per client policy. Guaranteed Hours: 40 hours per week.
