We’re expanding and looking for a compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist who believes in the power of progress—one meaningful moment at a time. What You’ll Do Provide speech/language evaluations and deliver therapy services (direct and consultative) aligned with student IEPs Develop measurable IEP goals and collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers. Maintain timely documentation and ensure compliance with applicable school and state requirements (including COMAR) Support staff with strategies and tools that enhance communication, including assistive technology as needed Participate in team meetings , professional development, and other school-based activities.
