Collaborative Therapies is seeking compassionate and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to join our growing team of school-based clinicians. Position SummaryAs a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, fluency, and communication disorders. You'll collaborate closely with teachers, families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to develop individualized treatment plans that support meaningful educational outcomes.
This position offers the opportunity to work with students across a variety of grade levels and educational settings.
What You'll DoConduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations.
Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy in individual and group settings.
Assess student progress and modify treatment plans based on data and clinical outcomes.
Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations.
Collaborate with teachers, school staff, parents, and related service providers to support student success.
Maintain timely and accurate documentation in accordance with district, state, and federal requirements.
Educate families and school personnel on strategies that promote communication skills across educational environments.
Maintain compliance with all ethical, professional, and licensing standards.
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Current state Speech-Language Pathologist license or eligibility for licensure.
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship (CF) eligibility, where applicable.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
Commitment to providing compassionate, student-centered care.
Previous experience in a school-based setting.
Experience working with students with diverse communication needs.
Familiarity with IEP development and educational documentation.
Assignments may include:
Full-Time or Part-Time positions

Middle School
High School
Specialized educational programs
Specific assignment details will be discussed during the interview process.
