We are looking for a dependable, skilled HVAC Technician\Service Manager, to join our growing team in Justin, TX. The ideal candidate takes pride in quality workmanship, communicates clearly with customers as well as their team, and can diagnose, repair, maintain, and install residential HVAC systems with professionalism and care.  This position can grow into an overall Operations Manager with proven work history.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, service, and maintain residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance, system inspections, tune-ups, and safety checks.
• Communicate findings, repair options, and recommendations clearly to customers.
• Complete work orders, service documentation, and job notes accurately.
• Follow company safety standards, local codes, and manufacturer specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized service vehicle and represent the company professionally.
• Support installation teams as needed during equipment changeouts or system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Prior residential HVAC service experience preferred (5yrs+) preferred.
• Texas Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Technician registration or eligibility to register preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Certification required for technicians handling refrigerants.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
• Strong troubleshooting, customer service, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in attics, crawl spaces, and outdoor conditions common to North Texas.
• Willingness to participate in ongoing training and professional development.
