A busy restaurant in San Francisco is seeking a floor manager who can establish and maintain customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business in a high volume, fast-paced environment. Position Requirements/Duties: -At least 2 years restaurant management experience is preferred -Schedule: from Wednesday to Sunday, 5 nights only (Monday and Tuesday off) - Experience increasing sales and minimizing costs, a basic understanding of inventory, labor controls - Dynamic, dedicated leader with strong attention to detail & commitment to service excellence - Experience coaching and developing a small team of hardworking FOH staff - Experience with recruiting and scheduling - Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to communicate directly, professionally, and respectfully - Proficient knowledge of wine - Strong computer and technical skills to include Toast (POS) and Microsoft Office programs - Strong sense of urgency and direct communication skills - Experience resolving conflicts rapidly with professionalism and fairness - Manager ServSafe and RBS Certified
