• Support sales efforts by providing account insights, assisting with client communication strategies, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Skills

• Proven experience in project management within a customer service or account support environment.
• Proficiency with Salesforce CRM platform and familiarity with Salesforce Cloud functionalities.
• Strong understanding of SaaS products, order processing tools, and CRM system proficiency.
• Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to effectively engage clients and internal teams.
• Demonstrated ability in managing client relationships with a focus on customer service excellence.
• Analytical skills for interpreting data to support customer insights and decision making.
