Working in a dynamic float pool environment means you'll rotate through a wide range of medical-surgical floors, including Ortho, Med-Surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Tele. Your adaptability and expertise will grow as you engage with diverse clinical teams, encounter a spectrum of patient populations, and collaborate alongside varying leadership and patient care models. Qualifications & Experience Sought:

• Active RN license with a strong med-surg background
• Previous experience working on one or more of the following units: Ortho, Med-Surg, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, or Med-Surg Telemetry highly preferred
• Willingness and flexibility to float to all med-surg floors and an additional nearby campus (within 10 miles)
• Strong interpersonal and critical thinking abilities
• Current BLS certification

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to a variety of patient populations across multiple med-surg units
• Efficiently adapt to different unit protocols and team dynamics
• Implement physician orders, monitor patient progress, update records, and communicate effectively with interdisciplinary teams
