Pay Range: $85 - $90/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Note -This role is also open for Houston, TX/ Raleigh-Durham, NC / Jersey City, NJ
• Lead enterprise-wide program/project management initiatives with executive-facing governance responsibilities.
• Manage multiple workstreams within a large integration program.
• Drive and coordinate multi-vendor delivery teams, with a strong focus on SAP-related initiatives.
• Oversee migration projects involving SAP, Callidus, and migration to SAP HANA.
• Ensure successful integration across platforms including SAP and Microsoft Dynamics.
• Aggressively manage program risks, dependencies, governance, and delivery timelines.
• Provide portfolio/program management oversight in a hybrid Agile/Waterfall environment.
• Act as an independent lead capable of driving initiatives with minimal oversight.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Key Skills; Strong IT Program Management / PMO leadership experience managing enterprise-scale transformation programs
• Hands-on experience with SAP, SAP HANA migrations, ERP integrations, or enterprise modernization initiatives
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-vendor environments and multiple workstreams simultaneously
• Strong governance, executive stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery oversight experience
• Experience working within Hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery models and independently driving large enterprise programs
• Strong IT PMO / Program Management background.
• Experience managing large-scale distribution or enterprise transformation projects.
• Proven ability to manage complex multi-vendor environments (most critical requirement).
• Experience leading SAP-focused initiatives and integration programs.
• Strong governance, executive communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience managing multiple workstreams across a single large program.
• SAP and Callidus experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Insurance industry experience highly valued, especially in:
• Distribution
• Licensing
• Contracting
• Commissions
• Methodology
• Hybrid delivery model with heavier emphasis on Waterfall methodologies.
