Assistant Manager / Fast-Track General Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences
• Lead, train, and develop team members
• Drive sales and maintain high operational standards
• Assist in achieving financial and performance goals
• Uphold company policies and brand standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of restaurant management experience
• • Full-service or fast-casual backgrounds preferred
• Experience managing restaurants with $2M+ annual sales volume
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Passion for hospitality and team development
