Multi-Store Detective

Overview Store Detective — Protect, Prevent, and Make an Impact Every Day Join our team as a Store Detective, where you’ll play a critical role in protecting our guests, Team Members, and products while helping maintain a secure, welcoming shopping environment. In this role, you will monitor store activity using both visual observation and CCTV technology to identify signs of potential theft. You’ll document incidents with accurate, high-quality video that supports internal investigations and law enforcement needs. Your vigilance, professionalism, and commitment help ensure our store remains a safe place to work and shop. Responsibilities Detect and apprehend shoplifters with the use of standard visual practice and CCTV in-store environment. Provide testimony in court cases as required by law enforcement or court representatives. Communicate effectively with customers and law enforcement personnel. Perform other security and loss prevention duties to ensure a safe and secure environment for customers and Team Members. Maintain safety as the top priority for our Team Members, guests and products. Qualifications Experience: 1 year or more in an Asset Protection, Law Enforcement, or Loss Prevention role Education: High school diploma or equivalent Lifting capacity: Up to 50 pounds Travel: Regional, daily; more than 50% travel Age: At least 18 years old Benefits A supportive work environment focused on your development #J-18808-Ljbffr
