Rate: DOE Visa: USC,GC,GC-EAD, H4 Client: UPS Location: Onsite in Alpharetta, Georgia 30005 for Hybrid Model (3 days onsite 2 days remote) Duration: Contract until 2/4/2024

Job Description: As the Product Manager, you will be responsible for setting the vision for the Search product for CLIENT's.com including Search Engine Optimization. You will have overall responsibility for the success of Search for.com supporting customer experience (NPS) and supporting revenue and growth objectives. You will work closely with departments across Marketing, IT, Sales and Customer Support. You will be responsible for the overall vision, roadmap, ROI, budget, and competitive analysis for the product.

Objectives of the Role:

• Develop and maintain the strategic vision for the product including working with stakeholders on their vision and priorities. Synthesizes customer needs into strategies, requirements, roadmaps and OKRs.
• Analyze customer needs, current market trends, competitive analysis and potential partnerships from an ROI and build versus buy perspective.
• Articulate the program vision and direction to the Product Owners.
• Decompose the strategic vision into value streams and release trains. Create, manage, and prioritize program backlog and plan Product Increments.
• Develop, implement, and maintain production timelines across multiple departments. Articulate and conduct stakeholder review sessions and provide regular reporting of the progress made and impediments that need attention

Required Mandatory Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in product design, technology, or related field
• Strong experience in a dynamic product management role
• Experience using state-of-the-art SEO techniques
• Ability to maintain ROI and budgeting
• Ability to coordinate large scale efforts across multiple disparate teams
• Outstanding organizational, communication, interpersonal, relationship-building skills conducive to collaboration at all levels
