Residential Specialists are critically important members of our residential team, and they provide support, monitoring and guidance in all activities. Job Duties Include: Direct supervision and involvement with clients Monitoring routines Supporting treatment goals Daily administrative and cleaning tasks Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Must have strong personal and professional boundaries. Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to prioritize effectively and work both independently and within a team. Demonstrates professionalism with related professionals both inside and outside the agency. Must possess good attendance practices. Residential Worker Requirements include: Must have a valid driver's license Must pass an FBI/BCI background check Must be 21 years or older.
