Explaining complex concepts shouldn't be a problem for you.Comfortable and effective at juggling multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast paced work environment.You are scrappy. You approach questions with a scientific rigor, but can execute pragmatically - the simplest solution may be the best at times.RequirementsRelevant experience in a product role or requirements intake roleKnowledge of agile development methodologies and tools; experience writing user stories or the ability and desire to learn quicklyExperience with ecommerce tools and website design a plus, especially WebSphere CommerceStrong communication skillsAbility to develop productive working relationships with both technical and non-technical partnersStrong understanding of customer needs and business strategy.In accordance with the Pay Transparency requirements, the following represents a good faith estimate of the compensation range for this position. At BJ’s Wholesale Club, we carefully consider a wide range of non-discriminatory factors when determining salary. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, education, experience, and qualifications.
