• Multiple coverage blocks available

Requirements

• Must be an MD or DO
• Board Certified in Urology
• Active West Virginia medical license or active IMLC Letter of Qualification
• ACLS and DEA required

Logistics

• No travel or lodging provided
• No airfare, rental car, or mileage reimbursement available
