The role leads shift operations, ensures timely patient care, and collaborates with nursing and admin staff to maintain high-quality pediatric care. The ideal candidate has 1+ year in a leadership role, 3+ years nursing experience (pediatrics preferred), and prior leadership in urgent care or ER settings.
