Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in Loveland, CO, for a Construction Superintendent. The Construction Superintendent will oversee daily on-site management of construction projects, ensuring adherence to safety standards, managing schedules, and coordinating with project teams and subcontractors. Responsibilities include implementing project plans, maintaining quality control, monitoring costs, and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Additional tasks include conducting site inspections, resolving on-site challenges, and fostering clear communication among stakeholders. Qualifications Proven expertise in Construction Site Management, including supervising subcontractors and managing site operations Strong understanding of Construction Safety protocols and practices to maintain a safe and compliant work environment Excellent Organization Skills to effectively manage schedules, materials, and workflows Experience in Budgeting and project management to ensure financial oversight and timely project delivery Proficiency in leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills to foster collaboration and handle challenges effectively Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications Familiarity with construction software and tools #J-18808-Ljbffr
