Your Role as a Lead/Master Teacher You will lead classrooms, guide young learners with a focus on safety and well‑being, plan engaging activities that promote developmental growth, and cultivate strong partnerships with parents through open communication. Requirements At least 18 years old, able to pass a background check, hold a high school diploma or GED, and complete 12 hours of childcare training within 30 days of employment. Education in Early Childhood Education and experience in a licensed center is a plus. Genuine empathy and understanding of children's needs and development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and adaptability to meet community needs and respond to changing circumstances.
