Overview Water and Sewer Pipeline Foreman Water and Sewer Pipeline Foreman position located in Littleton, CO. The role supports our mission to rebuild infrastructure through Water Distribution and Sewer Collection activities, Fire Hydrant inspections, and our Trenchless Division. We are looking for an Experienced Water and Sewer Pipeline Utility Maintenance Foreman to join our team in Littleton, CO. Responsibilities Execute the details of each project to provide the best solutions for customers. Manage a 4-person Repair Crew. Operate Backhoe and Excavator and excavate around existing utilities. Perform Water Main Repairs and Gate Valve Repairs and Replacements. Perform Fire Hydrant Repairs and Replacements and Water Taps through 2". Perform Sewer Point Repairs. Hold a CDL A or be required to obtain one; maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean MVR. Be on call for 1 week each month (on-call compensation provided). Interact with customers and district/city representatives daily. Maintain a safe work environment and jobsite; ensure regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Communicate effectively; possess problem-solving skills; work well under stress; be a self-motivated team player. Complete all daily paperwork. Qualifications Required: Valid driver's license with a clean motor vehicle report. Experience operating backhoe and excavator; experience excavating around existing utilities. Experience with Water Main Repairs, Gate Valve Repairs and Replacements, Fire Hydrant Repairs and Replacements, and Sewer Point Repairs. Experience with Water Taps through 2". Ability to obtain or maintain CDL A (CDL A preferred). OSHA-10/Trench Safety Training, First Aid/CPR, Confined Space certification (required or desired). Emergency Repair Experience (desired). Able to work with customers and representatives daily; maintain safety and professionalism.
