Responsibilities: • Train and coach team members to enhance their skills and performance. • Supervise and coordinate team members during your shift to ensure smooth operations. • Assist in managing inventory levels and placing orders to keep the restaurant running efficiently. • Resolve customer inquiries or concerns in a courteous, professional, and timely manner. • Ensure food quality and customer service standards are met. Qualifications: • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. • Previous leadership experience in a restaurant or customer-facing role is preferred. • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills. • Prior experience in the food service industry. Compensation: $12 - $16 hourly
