Heavy Equipment Operator
$20 - $25 per hourPersonnel Plus, Inc.
Personnel Plus Inc, is seeking a Heavy Equipment Operator for an out-of-town project starting immediately.
Pay:
- $20–$25/hour DOE
Equipment Experience Required:
- Excavator
- Skid Steer
- Laser Grader
- Packer (Compactor)
What We Offer:
- Housing provided
- Out-of-town project
- Work expected through the end of July
- Potential for future work on upcoming projects
Job Duties:
- Safely operate heavy equipment, including excavators, skid steers, laser graders, and compactors.
- Perform grading, excavation, backfilling, and compaction work according to project specifications.
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs.
- Follow all company safety policies and job site procedures.
- Work closely with supervisors and crew members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule.
- Assist with general labor and site cleanup as needed.
- Load, unload, and transport materials when required.
- Maintain equipment in a clean and serviceable condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Experience operating the equipment listed above.
- Reliable, dependable, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to travel and stay out of town for the duration of the project.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen
