Part-Time Office Coordinator (Temp-to-Hire)

Location: Boulder, CO
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-1:00 PM
Pay: $25/hr

Looking for a part-time position with long-term potential? We're seeking an organized and dependable Office Coordinator to help keep our office running smoothly.

What You'll Do:

• Maintain a clean, organized office
• Order and restock office and kitchen supplies
• Coordinate vendors, maintenance, and deliveries
• Manage mail and packages
• Set up workstations for new employees
• Provide general administrative support

What We're Looking For:

• 2+ years of office or administrative experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
