Type of position:

• Full-time and part-time

Responsibilities of Public Service Team Members:

• The public service team member seeks to provide guests with an extraordinary dining experience every day working as a team to deliver each guest the most personalized, fastest, and highest quality experience possible
• Go above and beyond in service to our guests, looking for ways to make their day brighter
• Operate cash registers at the front counter and drive-thru
• Take or bag orders quickly and accurately
• Complete table touches in the dining room and refreshing drinks for guests at their tables
• Seek out storage and cleaning opportunities to maintain a productive work station
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and organized at all times, including floors
• Strive for quality and consistency in all aspects of their work.
• Demonstrate enthusiasm, courtesy, and hospitality to all
• Seek to grow continuously as a team member and help make our business better every day

Qualifications:

• Able to work hard at a fast pace while maintaining standards of excellence and safety
• Has a strong work ethic and is able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team mindset: values and works to create a positive team environment
• Demonstrates excellent communication with guests and team members
• Must have a reliable source of transportation
• Must be able to perform well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Must be available at least two Saturdays per month
• Must be able to close 2-3 shifts weekly

Requirements:

• Must be at least 16 years of age at the date of hire
• Must have a reliable source of transportation
• Ability to handle all equipment, pans, pots, navigation shelves both high and low
• Function in hot, noisy, and fast-paced environments
• Mobility required during shifts
• Must be able to perform well under pressure
• Must be able to respond to changes or edits to orders quickly and efficiently
• Must have availability on Saturdays
• Must demonstrate ability to work successfully with a team.

Pay Rate:

$14-17/hour for full-time positions: $12-13.25/hour for part-time according to availability and experience

Most Chick-fil-A restaurants are operated by independent franchise business owners who make all their own employment decisions and are responsible for their own

content and policies.
