What you may not know is at The Cheesecake Factory Bakery, our staff members are our highest quality ingredient.The Receiving Lead is responsible for the operation and supervision of all warehouse activities and will report to the Shift Supervisor. They ensure all employees and activities are operating within designated safety standards, as well as make sure all stock is received and processed.The ideal candidate has a positive attitude with a desire to grow and advance in their career.You'll thrive in this position if you are:Service Oriented: you're a people person who effortlessly provides exceptional support whether it be over the phone or in person.A Skilled Problem Solver: you take action and think outside the box to find solutions and extend the application of your resources.Adaptable: you're at ease in a fast-paced environment and are able to effortlessly change direction when priorities shift, learning to perform new tasks as required for business needs and willing to work various shifts and extended hours if necessary.Improvement Focused: you never turn off the thought "how can I do this better or faster?".Here's more of what you'll get to do:Supervise warehouse staff and ensure that safety protocols are followed including housekeeping responsibilities.Check and complete documentation such as the equipment inspection sheet, and Product Quality Guarantee (PQG) sheet.Inventory stock ensure stock rotation, and place orders.Operate and maintain forklift and pallet jack equipment.What we require:Two years' experience in a warehouse environment.High school diploma/GED or relevant work experience.Must be able to work 3rd shift and be flexible to work overtime, different shifts or weekends if needed.Basic computer skills required.Excellent communication skills.The Cheesecake Factory Bakery creates over 35,000 delicious cheesecakes per day across our two facilities in Calabasas, CA and Rocky Mount, NC plus other baked products for our restaurants, international licensees, and third-party bakery customers.The Cheesecake Factory Bakery is a subsidiary of The Cheesecake Factory Incorporated.
