A growing, family‑owned fire protection company in the DFW area is hiring a senior kitchen suppression & fire extinguisher technician with a clear path to build and lead this division. Responsibilities Perform inspections, service, repairs, and installations of extinguishers and kitchen suppression systems. Design systems, pull permits, and run jobs from start to finish. Operate independently in the field. Provide input on workflow, scheduling, and structure; identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities. Support hiring, training, and supervise additional technicians as the team grows. Eventually oversee operations, team performance, and growth as Division Leader. Qualifications Texas FEL‑K License – Required. FEL‑A License – Preferred or willingness to obtain quickly. ~10+ years of hands‑on experience with extinguishers and kitchen suppression systems. Strong experience in inspections, service, repairs, and installations. Ability to design systems, pull permits, and run jobs end to end.
