Account Executive Location: Birmingham, AL preferred (remote considered) Reports to: Chief Revenue Officer Company: Gittings Global About Us Gittings Global is the creative partner behind how the country's most respected professional service firms show up in the world. We photograph more than 20,000 headshots a year across 658 cities, and we have been mastering this craft for nearly a century. Headshots are where we started — today our work spans across both video and photography. The Role We are hiring an Account Executive to grow Gittings Global across the legal and professional services market. The title says sales. The work is relationships. This job is about finding the right people at the right firms, earning their attention, and staying close until the timing is right. On our largest accounts, leadership owns the relationship. The Account Executive supports those accounts by researching the firms, identifying the right contacts, and setting the meetings that move things forward. Across the rest of the market, this person builds a book of relationships of their own, introduces our new video and photography offerings, and makes sure no conversation goes cold. What You Will Do Research target firms and identify the people who shape how a firm presents itself: CMOs, marketing directors, recruiting leaders. Set qualified meetings for leadership on key accounts, and prepare the background that makes those meetings count. Build relationships across prospect and client firms and keep them warm through real follow-up, not drip campaigns. Own conference prep and follow-through. Meetings booked before we arrive, a strong presence on site, follow-up finished within days. Introduce new offerings to current clients and flag expansion signals (new offices, lateral hires, refresh cycles) to the right account owner. Work closely with marketing, following up on campaigns and bringing back what the market is saying. Keep HubSpot current: contacts, activity, stages, next steps. What Success Looks Like Leadership calendars stay full of qualified meetings with the right people. Conferences produce booked meetings and finished follow-up, not stacks of business cards. Relationships across our target market are warm, current, and documented. Expansion conversations are getting started across the client base every month. HubSpot reflects reality, and the team trusts it. Who You Are People remember meeting you. You earn trust fast and follow through every time. Hungry. You go find the opportunity rather than waiting for a list. A capable researcher who can study a firm, find the right contact, and give them a reason to respond. Organized enough that follow-up never slips. Comfortable in HubSpot or a similar CRM. Willing to travel regularly for conferences and client events. Experience in legal or professional services helps but is not required. Relational instinct and drive matter more.
