Job Details
What you'll do
Build and refine tooling using SolidWorks in support of ductile iron casting programs
Run casting simulations in MAGMA to validate designs before they hit the floor
Own yield improvement and continuous improvement work across the casting process
Partner directly with customers and account managers on new product development
Support quoting, product launches, testing and validation from start to finish
Bring new technology and process improvements into the operation
What we're looking for
Associate degree in engineering or a related field, bachelor's preferred
Two or more years working hands on with CAD modeling, blueprint reading and design for manufacturability
Manufacturing background required, foundry, tooling design, casting simulation or CNC machining experience is a strong plus
Strong problem solver who communicates well and works across teams easily
