Carolina Prime Physical Therapy is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our growing rehabilitation team.

We are expanding our pediatric services and are looking for a therapist who genuinely enjoys working with children and families. This position offers the opportunity to provide creative, individualized treatment in a supportive private-practice environment while helping us continue to build a comprehensive pediatric rehabilitation program.

Our pediatric program is designed to work collaboratively with other rehabilitation disciplines and provide children and families with convenient, high-quality care close to home.

What you’ll do:

• Evaluate and treat pediatric patients with developmental, orthopedic, neurological, and movement-related conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Improve strength, balance, coordination, mobility, gross motor skills, and functional independence
• Create engaging and age-appropriate treatment sessions
• Educate parents and caregivers regarding home programs and developmental goals
• Collaborate with physicians, caregivers, schools, and other therapy disciplines when appropriate
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Participate in the continued growth of Carolina Prime’s pediatric program

What we’re looking for:

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
• Current North Carolina PT license or eligibility
• Pediatric experience preferred but not required
• New graduates with a strong interest in pediatrics are encouraged to apply
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Energetic, creative, patient, and compassionate personality
• Ability to connect with both children and parents
• Team-oriented approach to patient care
