Safety Coordinator

Safety Coordinator Taylor, Texas. A leading global construction and engineering company is seeking a dedicated Safety Coordinator to join our growing team in Taylor, Texas. Pay Range: $75,000 - $95,000 per year (Base pay) Key Responsibilities: Coordinate daily safety activities and communicate with project teams & contractors. Record and track daily work progress to support accurate project documentation. Conduct safety orientations and trainings for new contractor employees. Prepare materials for weekly safety meetings and safety-related events. Record and analyze incidents, injuries, and safety trends to support continuous improvement. Maintain up-to-date safety documentation and assist with contractor badging. Manage PPE distribution and process safety material requests. Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of relevant construction experience preferred. OSHA certification preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
