Campbell's Premier Physical Therapy is looking for a passionate and skilled Physical Therapist to join our growing team in Campbell, CA. Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized physical therapy treatment plans
• Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities to promote recovery
• Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed
• Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure coordinated care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards
• Contribute to a positive, team-oriented clinic culture focused on exceptional patient outcomes

Requirements:

• Active California Physical Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports rehabilitation preferred
• Strong knowledge of manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients and staff
• Ability to manage a patient caseload efficiently and independently
• CPR/BLS certification required or ability to obtain prior to start date
