A Marketing Specialist will engage with prospective and existing clients, present products and services, and build strong relationships that drive revenue and brand visibility. Daily responsibilities include participating in promotional events, executing local marketing campaigns, conducting in-person presentations, and tracking performance metrics to support continuous improvement. The role also includes collaborating with internal teams to refine messaging, provide market feedback, and contribute to strategic planning. The ideal candidate is comfortable working face-to-face with customers, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is motivated by clear performance goals. Qualifications Strong customer engagement skills, including prospecting, relationship building, and closing deals. Communication and interpersonal skills, including clear verbal presentation, active listening, and professional conduct with diverse audiences. Organizational and analytical skills, including managing a pipeline, tracking results, and using data to improve performance. Ability to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH, with a proactive, team-oriented approach and a focus on meeting and exceeding goals. Experience in sales, retail, events, or customer-facing roles is preferred; prior work in marketing or brand promotion is a plus. High school diploma or equivalent required; further education in business, marketing, or related fields is beneficial.
