We’re looking for a motivated and outgoing Roofing Sales Representative to join our growing team! In this role, you’ll meet with homeowners and property managers to assess roofing needs, provide estimates, and close sales for residential and commercial roofing projects.
No roofing experience? No problem — we provide training! If you’re confident, coachable, and love working with people, this could be a life-changing career opportunity.
Responsibilities:
Generate leads through door-to-door canvassing, referrals, and company marketing
Inspect roofs and assess storm damage (training provided)
Educate customers on roofing options, insurance claims, and pricing
Provide written estimates and close contracts
Build strong customer relationships and follow up on leads
Meet monthly sales goals
Qualifications:
Strong communication and people skills
Self-motivated with a winning attitude
Comfortable working outdoors and on roofs
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required
