Full or Part time available, pay is dependent on experience, we will train the right person, all staff receive an equal tip share including our cooks.
The Fry Cook plays a crucial role as part of a small kitchen team, responsible for preparing and cooking menu items within a casual dining environment. This position requires adherence to food safety standards, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, and effective time management, typically working evening, weekend, and standard daytime shifts. Occasional customer interaction may occur, emphasizing teamwork and communication within the kitchen. We are looking for positive people who are ready to work hard, learn and work together as a professional with all team members. THIS JOB RECEIVES A TIP SHARE.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook casual dining menu items efficiently and consistently
- Maintain kitchen cleanliness and sanitation throughout shifts
- Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
- Manage time effectively to meet service demands
- Collaborate closely with team members in a small kitchen setting
- Team members must be willing to help with Dishes, Floors, Trash, Daily Cleaning Project and assist in other areas of the kitchen when needed.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in food preparation
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Strong teamwork skills
