You will work in a friendly and collaborative environment where teamwork and open communication are encouraged, allowing you to thrive personally and professionally.Key ResponsibilitiesAs an Orthopedic Physical Therapist at Northern Light Physical Therapy Services, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Evaluating patients' needs and developing comprehensive treatment plans that address their specific orthopedic conditions.Administering hands-on therapy, utilizing techniques such as manual therapy, stretching, strengthening exercises, and the use of therapeutic equipment.Monitoring patient progress through detailed documentation of treatment responses and outcomes, allowing for adjustments to the treatment plan as needed.Educating patients and their families on rehabilitation strategies, self-care techniques, and the use of assistive devices to enhance mobility and independence.Collaborating with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure cohesive patient management and optimal recovery pathways.Staying up-to-date with contemporary practices in physical therapy through workshops and professional development opportunities.Patient Population / Client FocusYour role will involve working with a diverse range of patients, including those recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions.
