PALLET SORTER

Overview As a Pallet Sorter, you’ll get to hand sort pallets within a distribution facility and ensure high levels of safety and cleanliness. This is the perfect role for someone looking to maintain high levels of activity and it is vital to the success of our customer’s production! Hourly Pay: $19.00/hr. Shift(s): 2nd Shift: Monday - Sunday (Days off will be talked with Manager during interview) 2:00pm - 10:30pm 3rd Shift: Monday - Sunday (Days off will be talked with Manager during interview)10pm-6:30am Location: 14750 Miller Ave, Fontana CA 92336 What You'll Do Hand stack pallets to appropriate heights Load and unload materials from trailers by hand Move pallets, or materials on pallets or in crates, around the distribution center Check loads to make sure they are secure Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards Coordinate trailers moves within yard management system Accurately complete production paperwork to track progress Communicate directly with Shift Lead or On-Site Manager regularly What You'll Need High school degree or GED required Excellent oral and written communication skills needed Ability to work overtime when needed What We Offer Competitive Pay, Holiday Pay, and Daily Pay – Access to your earned wages before payday! Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection is mandatory at several locations, safety shoes) Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision and color vision The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 70 pounds Pay Range USD $19.00 - USD $19.50 /Hr.
