Crown Electric, LLC is seeking a full-time Electrical Estimator.

Job Details

Hybrid Remote - The ideal candidate will have several years of commercial electrical contracting experience and a strong understanding of estimating projects from the bidding stage through project planning.

Many of our projects involve existing facilities and renovations, requiring someone with strong field knowledge, critical thinking skills, and the ability to anticipate challenges before construction begins.

Key Responsibilities

• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents

• Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits

• Evaluate customer needs and project requirements

• Prepare accurate and competitive estimates and proposals

• Develop project schedules and budgeting forecasts

• Identify required materials, labor, and equipment

• Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and customers

• Support project planning and successful execution

• Maintain strong relationships with clients and industry partners

QualificationsRequired

• Commercial electrical contracting experience

• Experience using Accubid Estimating Software

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications

• Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and installation methods

• Knowledge of power, lighting, and basic circuit layout

• Strong mathematical and analytical skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• High attention to detail

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Windows, and internet-based applications

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Willingness to travel throughout the Phoenix metro area for job site visits

Preferred

• Previous experience in an Electrical Estimator or Project Manager role

• Experience estimating tenant improvements, renovations, and occupied facilities

• Strong communication and customer service skills

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Day Shift, Monday-Friday

Location: Phoenix, AZ (Hybrid)

Experience Required: Minimum 1 year of Accubid experience
