Our growing practice is seeking a motivated and compassionate Patient Care Coordinator to join our team. Previous dental experience is favorable but not required—we are willing to train the right individual who brings enthusiasm, strong communication skills, and a commitment to exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities

As a Patient Care Coordinator, you will play an important role in creating a positive patient experience by:

• Presenting treatment recommendations clearly and professionally
• Helping patients understand their treatment options and next steps
• Building trust and maintaining strong patient relationships throughout their care journey
• Coordinating appointments and treatment schedules efficiently
• Discussing financial arrangements and payment options with confidence and compassion
• Following up with patients to ensure continuity of care
• Collaborating closely with doctors and team members to support patient success

You will serve as a vital connection between our clinical team and our patients, ensuring every patient feels informed, supported, and valued.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent ability to retain and recall information accurately
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Positive attitude and professional demeanor
• Comfortable discussing financial arrangements with patients
• Dental, healthcare, customer service, or sales experience is a plus
• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Being bilingual would be a plus (English/Spanish)
