Travel Radiology Technologist – Atlanta, GA TNAA TotalMed Allied is seeking a travel Radiology Technologist for a travel job in Atlanta, Georgia. Job Details Specialty: Radiology Technologist Discipline: Allied Health Professional Start Date: 08/03/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Hours per week: 36 hours Shift: 12 hours, nights Employment Type: Travel Responsibilities Confirm patient identification, review imaging requests and explain imaging procedures to patients providing reassurance and support as required. Follow orders from Physicians regarding which area of the patient's body needs imaging. Correctly position the patient and adjust the imaging equipment to appropriate position. Prevent unnecessary radiation exposure both to yourself and to patient by taking appropriate protection precautions. Calibrate imaging equipment. Prepare results for Physician to review. Maintain accurate patient records. Understand and use the McKesson PACS system. Requirements Must have 1 year of experience. Must have BLS, ARRT (R) National Certification, and state-specific licensing when required. ARRT (R), BLS, 2 Years (additional certifications may be required before beginning an assignment). Rad Techs must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend, lean or stoop without difficulty. Rad Techs must have a sound knowledge of anatomy, physiology, pathology and medical terminology. Compensation TotalMed Allied Job ID #1454169.
