Assistant Store Manager

Job Overview Assist Senior Store Manager in driving company initiatives and achieving sales performance goals by coaching associates, executing merchandising, and leading customer experience. Responsibilities Coach and develop store associates on selling practices and product knowledge. Support the execution of in-store merchandising, marketing, and POP standards across multiple store units. Provide technical and product knowledge support to team members as a subject‑matter expert. Assist with training of new and existing store associates. Promote a coaching culture by providing insights to improve customer experience and selling aptitude. Achieve or exceed store financial targets through effective execution and customer service. Ensure compliance with product transfer and inventory documentation procedures. Act as lead in resolving customer‑related issues and escalating when necessary. Lead in linking omnichannel programs (MFRM selling programs) to in‑store activities. Perform physical demands: lift, pull, or push 50+ pounds as required. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree or higher preferred. Minimum of 1 year retail management or supervisory experience. Strong communication and coaching skills. Ability to lift, pull, or push 50+ pounds. Valid U.S. work authorization; proof of eligibility required. Compensation and Benefits Base salary of $63,000 to $76,000 per year (depending on qualifications and experience).
