Seven Healthcare are seeking experienced Registered Nurses specializing in Med Surg/Telemetry for an exciting travel assignment in Rochester, NY. This role is situated in a newly established 14-bed unit providing overflow support for the ED boarder patients within a flexible GI Endoscopy space. Nurses will have the opportunity to thrive in a dynamic and adaptable environment.

Key Responsibilities of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - Travel

• Perform phlebotomy and IV placements as required
• Interpret and manage dysrhythmias
• Utilize Rapid Response and Code teams effectively
• Manage peripheral lines, nasal cannula, oxygen administration, and non-invasive airway devices
• Apply isolation precautions when necessary

Requirements of the RN - Med Surg / Telemetry - Travel

• BLS certification
• Proficiency in MS/Tele skills
• Competence with EPIC charting system
• Minimum of one year of experience in a similar role
• Previous charge experience preferred
• New York State RN license (must be in hand at submission)
• Nursing competency in phlebotomy and IV insertions
