Press Brake Machine Operator

Our client, a leader in sheet metal fabrication and manufacturing, is seeking a dedicated Press Brake Machine Operator to join their team. As a Press Brake Machine Operator, you will be an essential part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to safety and quality standards, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Press Brake Machine Operator

Location: North Charleston, SC

Pay Range: $23.00

Shift: 3:30pm-12a, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

• Program, set up, and operate a CNC Punch Press, preferably AMADA

• Interpret 2D prints, 3D models, and work instructions to ensure precise fabrication

• Perform routine maintenance on machinery to ensure optimal performance

• Inspect production parts for defects and ensure they meet quality standards

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety policies

What's Needed?

• Minimum of 2 years experience in programming and setup of press brake machines

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions

• Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication and tooling

• Ability to use basic measurement instruments to verify components meet requirements

• Strong communication skills and excellent time management abilities
