PLEASE NOTE: WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE C2C AND/OR VISA SPONSORSHIP FOR THIS POSITIONDescriptionIn this role, you will serve as a technical mentor who guides and supports the work of the Service Area field team while still performing hands on tasks yourself. You will support the physical and logical integration of fiber and IP based circuits and direct the technical work needed to move legacy copper (TDM) systems to modern fiber and IP networks across the National Airspace System (NAS).The selected candidate will be assigned to an FAA specific location as a "home base" to work from and will travel throughout the region to support multiple locations. Travel may be short or long distance and expenses will be reimbursed. Candidates must undergo the FAA suitability process and may be able to support the contract for a short time while suitability is processed.
